Having just launched our new ‘Las Palma’s’ collection - it’s really got us in a fruity mood! Smoothie bowls are something I have been eating since the day I arrived in Bali over 3 years ago. Now, back in the not-so-tropical land of Melbourne, It’s time to bring the smoothie bowls back into the kitchen! Here is my top 3 after trying many different combinations over the past few weeks. Enjoy!

A little bit naughty but oh so delicious, I introduce you to…
CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL
Place all ingredients in your blender and whiz till smooth.
Top with your choice of Buckinis, coconut, chopped almonds, crushed sunflower seeds, sliced banana, cocoa nibs & natural peanut butter.
* Optional to add dates into the recipe or use normal Bananas & more ice cubes.

Healthy & fresh, a perfect way to start the day with a zing:
ALMOND BUTTER & RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
Place all ingredients in your blender and whiz till smooth.
Top with your choice of strawberries, raspberries, granola, coconut, and chia seeds. A drizzle of honey never goes astray!

Annnd this one’s for the carrot cake lovers out there (Without the cream-cheese icing of course!)
CARROT CAKE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Top it with your choice of sliced banana, coconut flakes, Walnuts, shredded carrot, finely chopped dates and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

These spiced nuts have been rolling around my families house at Christmas time ever since I can remember. Deliciously crunchy, mostly healthy and a moreish treat, these nuts make for great gifts as well as to have on hand around Christmas time when lots of friends and family pop in to visit. You can add more of each spice and less of others depending on your personal preference, but be sure to whip the egg whites to perfection!
I sit across from Rosie on the daily and her constant flow of ideas and inspiration continues to blow my mind. Never a dull moment, nor dull design, Rosie is always coming up with new initiatives or design ideas centred around sustainability. It’s obvious that her passion to run Luna & Rose in a ‘Sustainable & maintainable’ fashion runs deep and the constant desire to learn, create and act is her true passion. I grabbed her for a quick cup of Tea and asked her about her inspiration behind these new Tote Bags.
