All Luna & Rose, products and prices depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the photos and descriptions of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order with us, you represent and confirm that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We always endeavour to share images that relate as close as possible to the item that you will receive although, please be aware that some screens show colour differences and the item you received may vary up to 30% than that shown on screen.

Please follow the instructions on the Website to place your orders. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products and services. This Website may at times be down due to scheduled or unscheduled activities however, Luna & Rose will aim to, within our control, limit the amount of down-time and We will not be held accountable for the consequences of any down-time.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

MINIMUM QUANTITY 

A minimum order spend applies for wholesale orders of Luna & Rose product. All Wholesale orders must be $1000.00 AUD / NZD or over to be considered a wholesale stockist.

FREIGHT

We ship via a tracked shipping service ex Indonesia which is usually DHL or FEDEX (Depending on your location globally.) if requested at checkout. There is a flat rate charge for all Wholesale orders which is calculated and applied to your cart at checkout. (Please select 'Wholesale Shipping' at the checkout). Alternatively, for all direct email wholesale orders, a freight charge will be applied to your invoice directly.

In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days of payment receipt. If you place an order that contains both pre order and in-stock items, the order will be shipped when all stock is ready for dispatch.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We DO NOT accept the return of unsold goods or change of mind. For any 'faulty' items we will repair or replace within 4 weeks of the item being returned to our office. 

EXCLUSIVITY

Please note as a Luna & Rose stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area and without a written agreement we cannot guarantee exclusivity. If you would like to stock Luna & Rose exclusively please contact us via email to discuss your options.

ORDER DISPATCH

We try to ship your order out as soon as possible, however please note that most of our Wholesale orders are Made To Order specifically for each store. In-stock items will usually ship within 2-3 business days, made to order Wholesale orders take 4-8 weeks to ship. Please contact us via email for any questions regarding the delivery time frame of your Wholesale Order.

PRICES 

Prices shown on order forms are inclusive of GST, prices online are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our website.

Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.

DISTRIBUTION

Luna & Rose products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Amazon etc. Selling Luna & Rose products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders must pay 50% deposit of their order within 14 days of placing their order with Luna & Rose. The remaining 50% must be paid in-full before shipping unless previously agreed.  

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Luna & Rose product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Luna & Rose. Approved Luna & Rose stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Luna & Rose website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High res images are available, contact us via email. Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage.

Product Modification Luna & Rose products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.

LIABILBITY

Luna & Rose cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS

By placing an order with Luna & Rose via this Website or via Email, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
