The Golden Giveback Project | Explained

July 21, 2020 2 min read...let's do it!

We’re so excited to launch our latest initiative: The Golden Giveback project! As part of our ever-evolving journey to sustainability, we want to invite you to join us in our closed loop production. By doing so, we’re making sure to produce the least amount of waste possible, and recycling what we already have. Being sustainable has been part of our vision since Luna & Rose was created back in 2014. We are continually evolving and creating new objectives for ourselves and our customers too! We are so excited to launch the Golden Giveback project as the next step to become as eco-friendly as possible!

Golden Giveback Project

So, do you have any jewellery lying around you’re not wearing anymore? Perhaps you have lost one of the earrings or you have a ring that no longer fits? Send it over to us and we’ll give it the new life and love it deserves!

How does the Golden Giveback Project work?

1) Gather all of these pieces of jewellery you’ve grown tired of/don’t feel like wearing anymore/are a little tarnished. These can be from any brand or label that you have shopped with over the years.

2) Fill out THIS form.

3) Once we receive your online form we will email you with a return number. Write your return number on a piece of paper and ship it to us along with your jewellery at this address:
Luna & Rose
PO BOX 1416
Nelson 7010
NEW ZEALAND
4) Once we receive your package we check your jewellery and analyse the metals. Currently we can only recycle silver, Gold and Brass. Brass items are not eligible for Giveback Vouchers to spend online.
5) We will then email you your Giveback Vouchers to spend online.
6) It’s time to choose your new beloved pieces of jewellery! Shop online to get a recycled, amazing new accessory. The vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the day of email.

And that’s how it’s done! You’re now part of the loop and saving the planet while getting amazing new accessories you’ll be excited to wear again. We’re so proud to share this initiative with you and we can’t wait to create eco-friendly awesomeness with you.

Thanks legend, we can't wait to receive your packages real soon!
