Neck scarves, Got a bunch? Great, because we’re right into them and your collection is about to grow a whole lot bigger with our new Santa Chiara collection that just launched! They’re a girl’s best styling accessory that’s so small and so versatile you can even fit it in your purse. (Better yet, style it ON your purse.) Personally I don’t travel without a couple of neck scarves…. Always have and always will (Ever since my Grandma gave me a couple of her beautiful printed scarves and I travelled with them for 9 months through the US & Central America!)
Late last year we launched our first ever collection of printed neck scarves with our ‘Pastel Paradise’ collection. They’ve been flying off the online store racks ever since, into their pretty little gift boxes & shipped out many - a international letterbox. With our brand new Santa Chiara collection of Printed Scarves that just landed online I thought I’d stop by and share some styling tips on how to actually fold these bad boys. After all, once I learnt (And nailed) the art of this ‘ scarf roll’ I very rarely leave the house without a scarf on me somewhere!
These are my personal 2 favourite ways how to style our Square Neck Scarves. We’d love to know how you wear yours! Send us a snap wearing your neck scarves so we can share them & get inspired. Without further ado….
Look 1. Start with the scarf ‘wrong side up’ (Print facing down). From here, start from 2 opposite corners and start folding each corner neatly in and evenly in about 5cm folds until you get to the centre.
Once you reach the centre, fold the scarf in half so you have one long skinny pretty looking sausage. This is your base roll. From here you can neatly tie the scarf around your neck (Tight but not too tight!). Not only does this look awesome, it keeps you warm and quickly dresses up a T-Shirt, Dress or styles a Shirt. Nail this look!
Or you can wrap it around your ponytail / top knot! (My favourite for adding a bit of fun to an everyday hairstyle!)
Perhaps you want to keep your flyaways down? Wrap it around your head with the bow sitting slightly to the side.
Or another favourite look of mine is to fold it in a knot on your purse/handbag.
Look 2. This is a slightly looser look and one that’s great for larger protection of your chest (Always looking for the best sun protection!) or your head.
Again, start with the scarf ‘wrong side up’ (Print facing down). From here, fold it in half on the diagonal and start folding from the FOLD in 5-6cm folds. Don’t fold it all the way, leave a little ‘tail’.
This is your base, again, to do many things! You can wrap it around your neck for a more covered neckscarf look (Keep in loose for the best look).
You can also tie it around your head with the tie at the back under your hair.
So, there you have it ladies! 1 Scarf, ENDLESS looks. I promise you, a neck scarf will be your most favoured accessory to date (I can’t even count how many I own…..!) Our new Santa Chiara collection of printed scarves has just landed online and if you havn’t seen them yet, keep scrolling for inspiration!

As much as I would love to take credit for this delicious morsel of goodness I'm about to share with you, I can not. This recipe was sent to me from a friend as I begun a journey of ridding Gluten from my life.... and this guy has been an absolute saviour! For when you CBF cooking, for when you just want 'toast' for dinner, for when you're fighting every craving for a hearty 'carb-a-liscious' meal when your GF and for when you just want to wake up and not eat cereal. Introducing to you, what has deemed to be named 'Life-Changing' Loaf...
Gold mining is a practice that has been around for decades. It has helped us create the most beautiful pieces of jewellery, before we realized the impact it has on the environment. We’ve seen itravage landscapes, contaminate water supplies, and contribute to the destruction of vital ecosystems.
As we put sustainability at the core of our brand, it is a no-brainer for us that Luna & Rose needs to be created in a closed-loop production. But while we’re at it, what exactly is a closed-loop production? To put it simply, it means that everything we produce comes back to us in order to be re-used, one way or another. In that sense,we source recycled Sterling Silver that has been extracted from old electronics, phones and jewellery and then purified and brought back to its original perfect form -shiny Sterling Silver.
Our necklaces come in a variety of lengths from 18" to 23". Our 18" chain necklace is made from our Fine Chain with the 20" and 23" length chains in our 'Everyday' Chain. These are the same chain design, just slightly heavier in weight for the longer lengths. For a rough guide (as we all have different, amazing bodies) the 23" chain sits around or just above your nipple line...
We're big fans of layering necklaces and I'm pretty sure you are too. All of our chains are adjustable in length by 2" to make sure you can style your layers to perfection and mix them up with other pieces in your jewellery wardrobe.
Although all necklaces are adjustable, for the perfect layered look we suggest that you purchase your necklaces on different length chains. This way you get to see the beauty of both pendants and there's less chance of scratching! We also personally like wearing the smallest pendant on the shorter length and the larger heavier pendants longer. That's just our personal choice though, we're all awesome & individual humans and ultimately you get to decide how you style your pieces!
Below is a little guide of some of our favourite pieces layered and their lengths:
|CHARITY & SALLY T-SHIRT MEASUREMENTS||SMALL (Size 6-10)||MEDIUM (Size 10-14||LARGE (Size 14-16)|
It is important to note that different countries have different sizing methods.
Most of the world goes by number sizing which is the easiest and most accurate.
Because we sell our jewellery all over the world, we have decided to stick with number sizing and have put together the below chart to help you out. The most common size for ladies is a size 7 and size 10 for man. If you are unsure of your size you can measure the inner diameter of one of your own rings and refer to the below measurements.
Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further issues.
Please also note that if you are ordering a wide band ring, its usually a good idea to go up a size.
Size 6 = Ring Sizes L, M, N. Inner Diameter measures 16.5mm
Size 7 = Ring Sizes N, O, P. Inner Diameter measures 17.3mm
Size 8 = Ring Sizes P, Q, R. Inner Diameter measures 18.1mm
Size 9 = Ring Sizes R, S, T. Inner Diameter measures 18.9mm
If you require a ring in a different size in any of the designs offered, please send us an email here and we will see what our clever silversmiths can do for you.
Luna & Rose chain bracelets also have a 2" adjustable chain length with a clasp. Therefore they have two/three size options for you. They sit at a total circumference of approx 16cm & 17.5cm
If you require any other sizes for any of our items, please just let us know and we will see what we can whip up for you! You can contact us here.
